Sick of these guys trying to rip me off and being unfriendly, this is my third time to this garage the first two trips being for tyres this time for a stuck valve. Tried to quote me a ridiculous price and said I'd have to wait 45 then proceeded to lecture me about if my car had pressure sensor valves then it would be more. Thought sod this not waiting 45 minutes for a valve at 22 quid potential 33 quid!!!! A valve !!! Popped down the road to low cost tyres, new valve on for a fiver and done within 10 minutes. Sorry guys your customer service is lacking and you didn't even try to get my stuck valve off, you gave it one look and quoted me, with so much competition in the area you need to up your game. Also concerned you've mugged me off in the past if you quoted 22 for a valve and round the corner did it for a fiver.
